Brandon and Laura

We are a husband and wife team who both come from the restaurant industry- Brandon a chef, and Laura a sommelier and former wine director.

Brandon is the numbers guy, and the reason we are able to make this operation work at all! He is also a spectacular chef, and the most amazing father.

Laura is a natural wine specialist, sommelier, and wine pairing expert. She loves being a mom to her 3 babes, and is just as passionate about teaching people about natural wine and finding ones they will love.

After we both lost our jobs due to the pandemic, we started thinking more long term about how we could put our talents to good use, and sustain our family through these times doing what we love. Enter, S N O B!
